Partners

Your clients trust you with their numbers. We show you what is hiding in them.

Modven partners with professional services firms that already hold the client relationship. You bring the trust and the access. We find the opportunities, size them from the client’s own records, and build what captures them, or hand the build to you.

You

Bring the relationship, the context, and the room.

Modven

Finds the opportunities and sizes them from the client’s records.

Whoever fits

Builds the mechanism. Often that is you.

Who we partner with

Firms that hold the relationship and don’t build the product. Four kinds, so far.

Accounting and fractional CFO

You already hold the books. Your clients trust you with their numbers. We read those same records for the opportunities they hide, and you become the advisor who found them.

M&A and sell-side advisors

Find the value before the buyer does. An Opportunity ID before a sale shows the upside the next owner would capture, so your client can capture it first or price it in.

PE operating and value-creation firms

Rank the book by size of prize. Run the operating system across every company you advise, and point your team at the few where the alpha is largest.

ERP and technology implementers

Know what to build next. We size the opportunity and write the stop condition. When the mechanism lives in the systems you run, you can build it.

Three ways to work together

Pick the one that fits your practice. Most partners use all three.

01

Introduce

You make the introduction. We run the Opportunity ID and keep you in every conversation.

You

The relationship and the introduction

Modven

The OID, the sizing, and any build

02

Co-deliver

You run the room: the workshop where the hunches get written down. We run the records. The OID carries both names.

You

The workshop and the client

Modven

Signals, alphas, holdout, and the document

03

Build partner

When the mechanism lives in systems you already run, you build it. We hand over the sizing, the architecture, and the stop condition.

You

The build and the ongoing work

Modven

The opportunity, sized and specified

The rules

Written into the agreement, not promised on a call.

You own the client

The relationship stays yours. We do not solicit your clients, now or later, and everything we learn goes through you if you want it to.

Your name first

Co-delivered work carries your firm’s name. Modven appears as the method, not the brand the client remembers.

No overlap

We do not sell the service you sell. If you do audits, we do not. If you implement ERP, the build is yours to take.

Economics in writing

Fees and splits are fixed before the first introduction. They sit on the builds, where the value is, not on the $500 OID.

One confidentiality chain

A single NDA covers your firm, your client, and us. Client data is used for that engagement and nothing else.

Capped on purpose

We take a small number of partners so every OID gets the same attention. When we are full, we say so.

Founding partners

It starts with an eight-week pilot and a ranked list of your clients.

The first thing a partner gets is a Client Book Scan: your client list, ranked by where the value is most likely hiding. It turns a partnership into a pipeline of specific conversations, each one with a reason to call.

Week 1

A Client Book Scan. You share a short profile of up to twenty clients: industry, size, the systems they run, and one hunch each. We rank them by likely size of prize.

Weeks 2 to 6

Three Opportunity IDs, on the three clients at the top of the list, delivered the way you choose: introduced or co-delivered.

Week 8

A review. What the OIDs found, what your clients did with them, and whether the partnership earns a permanent place in your practice.

Questions

Asked before the first call.

Will you compete with us?

No. We do not offer the service you offer, and we do not solicit your clients. That is written into the partner agreement, not promised on a call.

How do fees work?

The client pays $500 for the OID, credited against any build. The partner economics sit on the builds and are fixed in writing before the first introduction.

What if the client wants us to build?

Then you build. We hand over the sizing, the architecture, and the stop condition, and stay available as the method behind it.

How many partners do you take?

A few at a time. Every OID is read and signed by the same person, so capacity is the constraint, and we protect it.

The method

The operating system. How agents find, build, and verify.

The door

Opportunity ID. Ten days. $500, credited against any build.
